Application

Polyoxyethylene resin is a high molecular weight homopolymer prepared by polyphase catalytic ring-opening polymerization of ethyleneoxide. It can usually be distinguished into relative molecular mass of more than 2× 104 and tens of thousands of more, the former is called polyethylene glycol, the latter is called polyoxide ethylene.

Polyoxide ethylene has flocculation, thickening, slow release, lubrication, dispersion, retention, water retention and other properties, suitable for medicine, fertilizer, paper, ceramics, detergents, cosmetics, heat treatment, water treatment, fire protection, oil mining and other industries, the product is non-toxic and non-irritating, will not remain in the product production process, deposition or breeding volatiles.

As a papermaking additive, it can improve the retention rate of fillers and fine fibers, and is especially suitable for long fibers as a dispersant, which can shorten the beating time.
