Uses:  Pharmaceutical intermediate, mainly used in the production of piper azine phosphate, piper azine citrate, bucin nazine, and rifampicin

Piper azine hexahydrate was dissolved in ethanol, and then cooled with glacial acetic acid. Piper azine Anhydrous was used to synthesize pred nisone sodium phosphate, too. The synthesis of acepiprazine, the intermediate of the insect repellent piperazole, by the reaction of Piper azine Anhydrous with aceticanhydride.
