Application

Tri (1-chloro-2-propyl) phosphate is mainly used as a flammable flame retardant in plastics and rubber products. By preventing oxygen from entering the combustion area during combustion, it slows down the speed of flame spread and plays a flame retardant role.

It can also be used as a raw material for the synthesis of organophosphorus compounds for organic synthesis reactions.
